  🌿 So-Ham Meditation: Breathe Back Into Yourself What if you could meditate without a mantra, a visualization, or clearing your mind? What if your breath has what you're seeking already? So-Ham (pronounced so-hum ) is a Vedic technique of meditation through breath that allows you to become aware of you and what's going on around you without even realizing it. So-Ham translates to "I am That" in Sanskrit; it relates to your true self, unconditioned, aside from ego, fear and overwhelm. But you don't need to be "spiritual" to do it.
